Ingredients
- 250 g tofu firm
- 200 g quinoa
- 1 pcs avocado
- 150 g red cabbage
- 100 g sweet corn
- 1 pcs cooked beetroot
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 3 spoon soy sauce
- 2 spoon tahina
- 1 spoon maple syrup
- 1 spoon rice vinegar
- qb pumpkin seeds
Preparation

Cook the quinoa in salted water for 15 minutes

Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate it with soy sauce and maple syrup for 20 minutes

Grill the tofu in a non-stick pan until golden brown

Prepare the sauce by mixing tahina, rice vinegar and a little water

Cut the avocado into slices

Thinly slice the red cabbage

Cut the beetroot into cubes

Compose bowls with quinoa at the base and spinach
