The Poke in Vimercate was born, as a so-called healthy dish of the Hawaiian cuisinea bowl of raw fish, rice, spices, sauces, sea salt and seaweed.
The poke bowl also appeals because, apart from being a low-calorie dish, it offers the opportunity to indulge in the creation of a poke bowl customised.
Everyone can create their own Poke bowl as they wish. Fresh, healthy ingredients, local organic produce and tropical island fruit.
To a base of rice, quinoa, cereal or salad, you add protein, vegetables and fruit to taste and your favourite sauces. The combinations are almost as many as the goodness of this product!

We only work with fresh and high quality fish, of which we eliminate as little waste as possible. Our water packs are 100% recyclable and made up of approximately 70% plant materials. Each component of our packaging is made of recyclable and certified paper. We choose for our counter only fresh and natural products without preservatives, to respect the breath of the earth and follow its natural cycle.
